Tell us a bit about your business
Generating new business opportunities is like making Yorkshire Puddings. Most people do it badly. So I am building a telemarketing operation focussed entirely on quality, transparency and professionalism. We connect our clients, normally tech or software, with senior school decision makers across the UK Education sector. Opening doors over the telephone is a huge challenge, but with careful planning, expert knowledge and a precision of execution, it can be done. And done well. That’s Elite Education.
When was your business established?
It was established in 2016 although we moved to Darlington in 2019. My first campaign was for a window cleaner based in Norwich! I knew then I’d hit the big time…
Why did you chose to locate your business at Business Central?
There were a handful of alternatives but we felt the warm welcome, the facilities and location were the perfect fit for us. Ian looked a forgiving man, which is essential when you employ a growing group of telemarketing superstars!
What is your favourite aspect of the centre so far?
My own car parking space which is cool. I suppose others would say the gym!
