6:00 pm Directors’ welcome, housekeeping and event overview
6:10 pm Guest Speakers and Round Table Discussions
6:50 pm Directors’ summing up, notices & upcoming events
7:00 pm Informal Networking
7:30 pm Meeting officially closes
