This year’s Expo will take place in Darlington Market Square in a large marquee, meaning we’re getting you right in front of the general public, as well as giving you ample opportunity to connect with other stallholders on the day.
Exhibitor fees
- £50 per member’s exhibitor stand
- £65 per non-member’s exhibitor stand
- £170 package deal – exhibitor stand and club membership until August 2026
Key information:
- Standard 6ft x 2ft trestle table and two chairs included in stand booking.
- Space for one standard pop-up banner included in stand booking.
- For extra banners or a larger table, please contact the Expo committee to discuss requirements (extra charges apply).
- Tablecloths are available to hire at £10 each.
- No electric hookup available for stallholders.
- No lunch provided; please support one of the brilliant local eateries in the vicinity if you can.
- The event runs from 10 am-2.30 pm
- Loading in is from 9am; exhibitors can unload vehicles from the top end of the square, but must leave immediately once unloaded.
- Stands should be set up and ready by 9.45 am.
- Close down is at 2.30 pm – stands should not leave or pack up before this time.
- Exhibitors need to have vacated the marquee by 3.30 pm.
